Unfortunately you have no way of knowing that you should have two blue keys and if you come from 16705 into 16704 without previously visiting the room above (16504) where one of the blue keys is you are trapped because the appearance of the falling platform which would allow you to get back into 16705 is triggered by your descent on the grey bat platform from 16504.
