First step: Drag your mansion into ResEdit
Second Step: Press Command + K and type in TEXT (all caps) and press enter.
Third step: Type your message. Memorize the I.D. # and when you click your sign with pink mouse, type the # in.
Fourth Step: To make more messagest, press Command + K inside the TEXT category. To change IDs, press command + I when selecting the message and replace the ID # with a new ID #.
