FACES HD - Hard - Signs not showing text

For some reason the none of the signs are showing the message.  I can't even take a pic of the pop up that appears bcos it disappears when I try, so I've typed it out instead.

Error:  The text for this sign could not be found.  Please make sure there is a file in the mansion's TEXT folder that is named 00138. txt.


I hope this helps those of you who are experts and can look into this problem.

That sounds kind of like the error that happens when a designer doesn't delete the text before deleting a sign (you have to delete both.) Not sure though.

This will not be fixed by anone else than the author of the mansion.
