Title: Bedlam

Anyone finished this one? I love all of the hidden stuff. Looks like Freddy's done it again!  ;)

This is definitely one of those where I find new stuff every time I play it, but still can't figure out how to beat it. And no matter how many times I do it, getting on that superfast platform from the ladder never gets any easier.

There appears to be a Jack Stuck in the first dark room, too. Climb down one of the many ladders to the bottom of the screen, then just try and find a way back up. However, it is interesting to watch Jack vibrate in the middle, unable to decide which ladder to climb.

Hi!
It is to me a difficult mansion but the first room doesn't have a Jack stuck. You need to find and get the lantern!

Everything that ryos said...applies for me as well !!   >:(
(Except the remark about the JS...which I never experienced)

Freddy likes to terrorize people, I guess !! ;)

I know what you're talking about with Jack getting stuck. He CAN get out, though. I know it's weird and being in the dark, you can't tell what's there, or not there. Jack did a nice little spaz dance the very first time I tried to get out. *Hint* Go up.

I've made it to the save point but, without a map, I don't know where else to go. lol Looks like I'll be looking for more hidden stuff to get myself out of this one!

Hint on the superfast platform..... there are other ways!!!

It keeps me surpring that while that nice Orpheus is launched, players are commenting Bedlam or Doctor Tronic's Zoo Normal etc.

About this mansion, created for Christmas 2005, I like to say something. In earlier days there were three difficulty-degrees: easy, normal and hard. With MMaM I added for obvious reasons: very easy and very hard. But ... thx to Toybox, there is a new fashion. The difficulty of Orpheus is ... fiendish. Well, for Bedlam it is: crazy. And that is why it was called Bedlam.

All hints from the ladies were right, gentlemen!

I didn't dare calling it eyebrow-raising difficulty :D

To be honest, when I was making Whisky Bar, I really thought of putting this stuff into Bedlam. It should have been a perfect expansion in the same style.

Hi!
I have finally finished it! One needs a lot of practise in certain rooms where one has to be very exact and sure-footed (does one use that expression in english?)! No [smiley=beer.gif] [smiley=beer.gif]!!!when playing!

I've been stuck completing the Zoo's (psycho rocks my mansion world!) and I haven't finished Bedlam yet. Even though I've found lots of hidden "ups and downs", I don't see an exit yet. Anyone?

When Midnight Mansion 1.0.8 will be out, it is possible that Bedlam will need fixes. Thanks to brell ::) ;) Jack's jumps will be one pixel smaller.

It is meanwhile a general advice to all designers. After the release of MM 1.0.8 it may be best to check all your previous mansions.

That's is good if from where he is jumping to where he is jumping is 2 pixels smaller! ;D

Eeeer, did I miss anything? What did brell do? Why will the jumps get shorter? :-?

It has to do with "brell's ladders". See Bugsy Malone.
