I'm here too. I just played the latest section of Catacombs for the 6th time - yes, sixth - and I am still $50 short. Argh! That 's the bad AND the good news because I get to try again. ::)

Yeah, I'll be glad when the contest is over, too. If I had more time, I'd be making a mansion, but no can do right now. Sigh.

I'm everywhere... I check on the forums here and there but there's the contest, guitar class, and finally how I lost a month on the contest 'cuz of camp.

Instead of concentrating on 1 really good contest mansion, I now have 3 unfinished mansions waiting to be completed. Bad Move!

I think I had trouble with one coin which Jack doesn't get if he doesn't quite jump as he should (or was it a key?). But I got all the money finally - Quod subigo farinam  ;)

Well, this is the 12. post in this thread.  And I just upgraded a newbie to lost one, put her question in the "custom mansions / designing" board and answered it.  So don't say nothing is happening here anymore  ;) ;D

I don't think so, no....(unfortunately) !!  They are 3 quite different concepts.....  And now that you remind me of it.... I can't even begin to think about "beta-testing"....  I really should be finished NOW, and have at least 15 days of beta-testing.....

One of my 3 contest mansions (the one I had started first) is NEARLY finished though.... although it needs a lot of "ironing out"....

Maybe someone might be willing to test a "nearly finished" (but completely playable) contest mansion ???

Lucky Guy! One of the reasons I really like Belgium is because they have a bunch of good bands!!! Like, this year at the grasspop festival, they had Iron maiden. At the one month that you guys celebrate music, they have metallica and queens of the stone age...
Unfortunately, I think america has lost it's taste to music by listenting to rap... Anyway- Back to the topic!!!

Right now, people are working on mansions and contest stuff... they are busy. It's quiet season with the contest and all cuz theres no new mansions cuz of the contest.

I must say that I, too, have again lost post to my name !!!  Where there was originally way over 400, then 190 or something....now suddenly only 152 !!

That buggy software is beginning to make me angry.....  However, I ask: Why only now ??  If the software is so buggy, why didn't it happen during the first 6 months.... and now already (at least) twice ??!

We should try to find out where the problem really lies.....

We will all end up newbies again  ;)
