When you go into Room 8701 and proceed up to 8502, Jack can't find a way out. When he collects all the money in 8502 and tries to get back, he gets back into 8701 and gets blocked. It's hard to describe where, it's kind of in the middle. Joe, if you need a better description, let me know and I'll try to get screen shots.

Yeah, I have the same problem. Enter 8701 mid level right, short rope down, over to middle short rope up, short rope down and onto long rope at left. Then down into 8501 and across into 8502. Jack can't get onto the long rope at right, and when you go back to 8701 it's now blocked at the bottom of the short middle rope. Oddly, I got past this point in the first version of Radeka.

Yes, I did too. Did you change this area in the update, Joe?

If I can answer for Joe, yes the long ropes (left side in #8501, and right side in #8502) were changed in the update, as prior Jack could climb right through to the rooms above and die.  After the change, the right rope in #8502 became inaccessible, but Joe is aware of this and it will be amended along with a few other 'tweaks'. :)
