REALLY nice - gave me the combination of rest and challenge I like after a long day of guiding tourists! Very interesting puzzles and adventures.

I finished with 73% secrets but 15,300 points!  Not sure that's right, but I'll start over and see what else I can find...

Let's have another!

Thank you for a cool mansion Surcouf.
As a retired plumber I appreciate the "construction concept" I finished however with only 86% of secrets and 15250 points, so if anyone else has 100% give me a hint how!.
I love all your mansions but unlike this one find them pretty tricky to finish.
Thanks again

This game is so brutal (Green Newbie speaking), but then again, I just love the
S & M of the MM games........lolololol

Very creative, keeps you on your toes and especially addictive.

Thank you for your creativity and sharing.    [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

But I am stuck....I can't find the pink or green key for the doors past the first save.

Help please.  I have jumped all over the place, re did the game over and over but I can't get past the pink or geen doors in room 15705.

Hi Missy, Hi iRock...

He!He! ;D ;D ;D
Didn't you notice that trapdoor on the right, when you are upon the hook (#16505)? Solution is there...
But first you have to open it. When you disappear inside the hook, did you try all sorts of jumps, left, right? Never knows... ::)

Hey Surcouf,

Never mind your Hee, Hee,  sounds like your into the S & M too.....lololol  [smiley=evil.gif]

Of course I did the trap door thing a ma gig, and nothing......but, I will try again.

Maybe, Jack has to stay crouching for a few minutes until his head starts to bob up and down on his own????

Hi Surcouf,

Hi Missy,

If you want to play some of my Mansions, you've got to be more... "investigationist" and curious ;)
A lever under the trap door?...

Hi Surcouf,

Momma didn't raise no dummy.......lololol   [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]  I DID THAT TOO!

But, I will re download the whole game, I have found that there are glitches sometimes and re downloading does the trick......it's just that I hate to start all over again.

I will let you know if that works.

Thank you.......I still love the game and will try all over.

Hi again, Missy

Getting worried, I just downloaded CRANES from the board for verifying, and played it past the room you have trouble with. All is correct, nothing is missing. This is the first and only version of CRANES which has been uploaded, no updating about this version.
I don't understand what happens to you :o
There is a lever straight down the trapdoor of the hook, you can't miss it...

Hi Surcouf,

Thank you, I did re install the game.....this did happen before with another game.  I have been having problems with this new iMac from day one.

This time everything was more on target and I did get the key.  Thank You.

The upper level is quite ingenious.....I'm glad that I did not miss it.  I got killed.  No matter, practice makes perfect.  yes? no?

Sorry for panicking you.  I do thank you for your efforts.  GREAT GAME.

Hi Surcouf,

WOW, what a game.  The re-download helped quite a lot.  For some reason, this new iMac has been trouble from day 1.  Gotta get it looked at soon.

Please expand on this one.  LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT  [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

I only got 73% Secrets......going back for more.....VERY TRICKY, CREATIVE GAME.

Thank you for being there.  [smiley=vrolijk_26.gif]

You're lovely, Missy.
Since I'm working on a 80 rooms-Mansion, I am putting the "final touch" on it these days. How do you say?:"Piece of cake"!!!
Beta-testers driven crazy with it... You'll tell me more ASAP.
Greetings.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Looked all over for a lever. Jumped all over and laid down until Jack did the push ups. No luck here either.

Hi IRock,

How are you?  So there must be a glitch in the program.  Just re-download.

The lever is under the red panel on top of the box with the hook.

Gee, I hope Surcouf sees that you also are having the same problem.

Good Luck

Thanks Missy I went back and found it so quick I'm almost sheepish. I swear I tried that same thing and it did nothing. I chalk it up to a stressful work week. And I didn't have to even re-download to try it, but I will keep your suggestion in mind if I have problems in the future.

GREAT JOB TOYBOX!!!!   WHAT A PRO!!
[smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif] [smiley=birthdays.gif]

Would you please tell me the steps necessary to post a pic on the forum like you did.

The Apple Care center couldn't help because they are not familiar with the forum setup.

Crane is defininately a well timed, variety based, pecissioned puzzle game.  It's right up there with the best CM games in my book.  I JUST LOVE IT.

When a game has to much walking or repetative plays, well, it gets a bit tedious.    yes? no?

I agree with your comment about Crane.

Now for the picture-posting trick: when you are writing a posting, there is an Attach option at the bottom of the Message window. Just attach the jpg file of your picture, and it will be displayed as the one above (or, in principle, below).

(Note also the following problem. When I take a picture with the cmd+shift+3 or 4 trick, I get a pdf file for some reason. If I attach it it is not nicely displayed as a picture, so I convert it first (and usually rescale it) using Imagewell.)

While expecting a jpg-file (why??) I always get a png ... ::)

Anyway, I try not to forget to resize it to 75 %, so the image is still large enough, but not too big to need scrolling.

Thank you so much Toybox,

I own a Leopard and it's pretty much straight forward when someone tells me how.  I have taken your advice and have been doing great with the posting pics.
Thank You Again.  [smiley=beer.gif]

Hello,
You can easily change formats screen capture (.TIFF,.JPG,.PICT, .PDF..) with a precious (free) optimization & personalization utility, like OnyX.
See my red arrows on an English screenshot of OnyX.
Greetings. ;)
