Room 14698
   coming down the ladder from the room above to go back to the Save in the room below, Jack kept falling off the bottom of the ladder and dying.  trying to do a ladder jump did not enable him to avoid this unfortunate fate.

Room 14298
   after retrieving the green key from the room to the R and coming back to get the $$ behind the green door by jumping from the upper moving platform, Jack was able to jump over the door into that space (it was a good thing he had the key so he could get back out)

Somehow the bottom rungs weren't used at the bottom of that top ladder. That's weird.
As for ladder jumps - they've been disabled in the included mansions (still work in custom mansions)

Both are definitely broken, though it takes some pretty good timing to get the second one. Still, an easy fix for that one would be put an invisible blocker before the vine so that the vine is used to jump to the left side instead of the platform.
