I've been able to use the gamepad with MM HD except for one slight problem. I can press a button to act like the Return key, but pressing it again doesn't make the message go away. I end up having to press the Return key on the keyboard in order to dismiss the message.

I'm glad you were able to recreate the problem. In the next version, it would be nice to know which buttons do what. I was able to figure it out by trial and error, but a simple readme file or information on the options screen would be great.

Obviously, being able to configure the buttons in MM HD would be the best option, but I'm thinking you don't want to invest the time to do that.

Congratulations on releasing the Windows version. Having the licenses be compatible between the Windows and Mac versions was a nice touch.
