In the HD version of the mansion doesn't the lever that trigger a green horizontal moving platform to move work. Work in the original mansion.

Just a quick guess: the lever is either buried (most likely) or floating above where Jack can interact with it. It's hard to tell for sure with so much hidden.

I am not clear about it. Jack can pull it but except from hearing the sound nothing happens. The green platform should start moving.

That lever works fine now but the first lever doesn't seem to work either, the one in the big brick construction.

Yes, but as far as I recall that lever never worked anyway! At least there is no id assigned to it.
