I am stuck and can't get out. Is it a glitch? Or do I need to look harder for the secret?

There's a door blocking your way out. Keep looking in that room for a way to open it (hint: Jack can only do so many things- jump, climb up/down, pull a lever, etc. Try everything.) Post again if you're still stuck :)
