i cannot open this mansion in HD .... i am able to open other mansions ..but this one and creepy cottage is not working...can someone help me ? the error msg says this file cannot be opened. check if it is HD.

Check out if you have downloaded the right version. Mine is working fine.

yes rose...i checked it again...downloaded the hd zip files of both the mansions...i dont know why are they not working.. :(

Hello Pooja Ahuja- welcome! People don't post here as often as they once did, but many still read the forums and play MM :)

The fix for these two mansions is simple: unzip the downloaded file, and you will see another zip file. Unzip this second one, and put the resulting folder into the MMHD Custom Mansions folder.

I don't know why some of the mansions were zipped that way, but they will play correctly now. Please post if you have any other questions.
