Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Remain dark?
04.12.2007 at 14:37:03

So far I haven't had anything to post.  Well, I could use help in almost every custom mansion I've downloaded, but don't want to give in too soon on them.  That's why I keep coming to the MM site to see if there are any suggestions for some of the difficult places.  Was just trying to navigate  in Landlord's Pub for about the 10th time. It starts out in a dark room -- and it looks like it's going to remain so.  I've tried everything I can think of.

Thx for playing
Landlord's Pub
and welcome on MMF.

The starting room of this "mansion" is indeed a dark one. Did your Jack manage to get to the room above? If not,
somewhere on the topfloor of the starting room is a little piece of vine to grab.
*

In that second room you will notice that ... it is dark as well. But the good news is that you can see 4 lanterns. In each corner of the room there is one. However, you need to keep in mind that Jack
can only take one of them. The other 3 are out of reach.
*

If this is not enough help, please yell. Then I will give you more hints. Good luck!

* The easiest way to be able to read "secret" hints, written in WHITE, is just by highlighting them. They are written in this way to avoid spoiling the playing-fun of other forummembers who don't want to see those hints by accident.

EDIT: because of the new soft blue background, white is now a much better "colour" for hints than yellow.

Freddy -- Yes, I found the way to the room above but wasn't making any headway until your hint helped turn up a
lever and elevator
.  Thanks!  I've been enjoying several of your games.  Not making a whole lot of headway in some but it's always fun to finally discover something new.

Guess I need to set up a profile.  Yes?

What do you mean with "need to set up a profile"?
