I, too, am having Mega Difficulty with that jump, I can't tell you how many of my Jacks got drowned in Lava! I managed to make it across three times with a running jump, but it was never a guaranteed thing! Huh

If any one could offer any help/hints, I would really appreciate it. Cheesy

The three times I did make it through, I enjoyed what I saw in the mansion, until all my lives were lost, and now I am dreading having to try that jump again !!! Sad

Stand on the heels (in the air ) and press 9 and you/Jack will land on the toes on the other side.

That was what I was referring to above, when I spoke of a "long forgotten feature (that I hardly ever use)"... !! Wink

I hardly ever come across a situation where it's needed to use 7 or 9, instead of the normal "walk plus jump" feature.
In fact, I didn't even know that the use of 9 results in a "longer jump" than jumping the "normal way", until I tried it in this mansion.

Aquamat, I have used the keys 7 or 9 in some of your mansions too when testing them for you. My fingers or is it the keys on the keyboard aren't perfectly synchronised. Grin
