Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Easy, Medium and Hard custom mansions?
11.01.2008 at 22:03:44

Hi all

Would anyone else welcome easy, medium and hard versions of custom mansions?  I find some of the new ones too hard - in that although they are 'doable', they do tend to be very frustrating and thus detract from my enjoyment.  Or is it just me?

I would like it! Some, even the older custom mansions are way to hard. I haven't gone far in Doldrum dungeons, Temple of the moon or Creepy Cottage! There might be others mansions too!

There are Normal and Hard versions of some custom mansions (Great Escape, Dragon's Trap and Faces come to mind). It would be nice to have easier versions of the hard ones, but that's totally up to the designer, of course. Some just may not have the time to do 2 or 3 versions of one mansion.

The Swiss Mansion has all three variations  Cool

I can make a Great Escape Easy and Dragon's Trap Easy if you wish. Since I don't really play Easy versions I tend to neglect this aspect (shame, shame! Embarrassed), but I wouldn't mind making the modifications.

I must remind you of "Back to Square One" which is a kind of three-in-one mansion with easy, normal and hard paths.

Mikee's Castle (I think) has also an Easy, Normal and Hard level - variations on the same location. Of course, there is always MMaM which has Very Easy, Easy, Normal, Hard, Very Hard and Ultimate Maze levels...  Roll Eyes

Yeah Matari,

I have two mansions where have easy, normal and hard.
The First:
Mikee's Castle. You can make the 3 difficultys in the mansion.
Second:
The Swiss Mansion (Easy, Normal or Hard).

Or you can see at wingys mansion:
Volcanis Low, that an easier version of Volcanis. It's specially for low computers!  Grin

You have beat all my mansions matari?  Tongue Smiley
