Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Stuck in the Four Tubes
22.07.2008 at 22:16:56

Hi,

I've been away from the games for awhile and just discovered The Four Tubes and now find I am totally stuck. I have gone down all four "tubes", have a purple and green key but no way to get to the doors at the very top. I can get to the treasure but once at the bottom and past the last save, I can't get back up again. Any clue to moving forward?

Hi!
It would help if you could tell us in which room you are.

Hi zipwin,

I'd really like to help you.... but, as Rose has correctly pointed out, we need to know exactly in which room you are.
At the moment I simply can't "read" your description correctly.....

(While playing, press cmd-D  and in the upper left corner of the screen you'll see the room number....  in case you didn't know!).

Thanks,

I found my way but have two questions. Are the doors-red, green and blue-at the very top of the game just for show? Have found the yellow key for that door. Also. Once at the treasure room and the end of the game (have found hidden rooms) is there any way to get back to find treasure not collected alreaady?

I'm not quite sure if I understand you correctly ?!?

ALL doors at the beginning (top) of THE FOUR TUBES are equally important.....  none of them is only "for show".

In fact, I can't think of a single door in the whole mansion, that is not as important as all others.

I don't know if you're aware of it, but the special "feature" of The Four Tubes is that the player can choose FREELY which tube he wants to visit first..... so each game is a little different....  and therefore ALL doors are equally important !

In fact the mansion is constructed in such a way, that - no matter what you do first (and when) - you will always be guided through the rest of the mansion.

As for your 2nmd question..... if I should guess what you mean... yes - to a certzain extent backtracking is possible (at least to where I think you want to go back to).

(Sorry for being so cryptic, but I don't want to spoil it for others.)  Cool
