Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

I'll chime in with my view. I think making simple structural changes to get rid of Jack stucks and unintended Jack deaths from uneven flooring and such would be okay. I wouldn't mess with the design.

I'd be happy to volunteer to do that if you want, brell.

Thanks.  I'll wait until Freddy is back and then we'll make a decision.  We have indeed been thinking about this before but so far not wanted to interfere.  Besides, I think it is a little bit more than just correcting JS's and cd's.  But then I haven't played through the mansion - I am only repeating the rumor  Cool

I just happened to find this thread (Daedelus/ Superbe !! ) where Sam Skelton replied recently (Nov. 08/08), so I am not sure if he would really be that hard to find. Smiley

(Sorry; don't know how to post links !!!  Any help would be welcome!)

Hope that helps,

Take care all !!!

Thank you Sandy Bean......I just send him an email.

I asked him to read these posts and to let us know as to how to proceed and if he did not want to fine tune his CM, then perhaps he would let Semi-Native work on it for him, and for him to post his desires or instructions for all to see.

I hope that he responds.  It's a Great Mansion and deserves to be fine tuned and played all the way thru.

I would be happy if one of you guys could fix it for me. I'm coming up to my midterms, so I have very little time on my hands. I've always been trying to get myself to fix it, but I never seem to get to it. So, if someone is willing to fix it for me, that would be great. I worked very hard on this mansion, and I would really like to see it complete. Thanks! I'll see if I can check up a little more around here...

Thank You very much for your prompt reply to my email Sam Skeleton.

And Thank You for permission to fine tune YOUR GREAT, CREATIVE HARD MANSION.  It would have been a pity not to have it beta tested  any played, after all your creative efforts.

Good Luck with your mid-terms.  I hope you pass with flying colours.

Thank You again!

Well Semi-Native.....permission has been granted by the CM creator himself.  I hope you take up his offer.

Thanks very much, Sam!

I'll start on it next week if nobody has any objections. Hubby and I are going out of town tomorrow but will be back Sunday.
Cool
