Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

About Luris

This mansion is mainly a "solve this room to get to next room"-mansion, some are easier than others [which are harder Smiley] while some are tricky ["Luriga" in swedish, hence the name].

It contains 101800 in gold [including backpack score] and 48 secrets which are not always indicated. Thus look everywhere for anything... Smiley

Since it's [perhaps] less fun when you've solved a room already, there are quite a lot of saving pedestals, so that you don't have to replay that much once you're done.

Have fun!
[the first room is rather tricky, don't give up, it gets a bit easier soon Smiley]

Greetings from otg & AK

Oh yay, I didn't even know you were working on a mansion. Thanks, Olle. Well, maybe I should hold my thanks until Jack makes his first attempt.

as I said, the first room is quite "think twice before doing anything, then think again", as are many of the other rooms. The difficulty lies usually in the thinking, not that much in the doing [even if timing of course is crucial as always]. Patience is very useful Smiley

Hi
Just tried several attempts at your latest mansion,   and although it seems nice I am pretty fed up already with each room being so difficult. I wonder if anyone else feels the same .
I really liked your other mansions so I am hoping to get further than the first two rooms so I can see how the mansion looks!

Well done for a really difficult start!

Made it out of the 1st room but I can see no way out of the 2nd.
Clever play though.

I got a few rooms in and quit. This one is insanely hard, it's making me not want to play MM at all. Some of the expert players will probably enjoy it though. It looks like it could be fun, maybe some day there will be a normal version of it?

Olle/AK, just curious- how did you get the multiple layer 6's?? Is that a game bug? I don't recall seeing that in a mansion until now.

Yes, it's a hard mansion, but don't give up already! Smiley as Brell recently posted:
"The movements and actions Jack can take are in fact very few, so there are only six keys we need to try, sometimes with combinations of two (seldom three) keys and seldom press-and-hold."

The first save pedestal is in the beginning of room 6...

@josephine: What do you mean by multiple layer 6? Where did you see it?
