Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Jump Query
17.08.2009 at 04:55:04

Greetings all,
I had forgotten that I never finished this castle - now I remember why!
Here I am (see snapshot - 16298) - my guess is that the "next" jump to the right is necessary, but imho impossible  Tongue at least 24 Jacks agree with me!
Help, Undecided
DLC

P.S. I check the box below so that I get notified of replies to my topics, but to no avail - where should I go to post such a concern? Thanks!

Hi dl,

For Jack to make longer jumps, hit the 9 key to go right, the 7 key to go left.  Good luck!

It is possible to jump to the right but it is very difficult! When beta testing my jack lost more life I care to remember.

Ugh! More and more Jacks, and I can't do it! Still stuck in the same place. I would say the use of the "9" key is of little help, unless there's a certain keystroke combination (right -> then 9, or right and 9 together, or right/command then 9 or all three together?) - what am I missing?

You need to stand further to the right, nearly on the lava!! I hate it myself when it is so crucial where to stand. but it is a difficult mansion with difficult jumps!!!

Hi dl- also try lowering your monitor resolution as far as you can. The game will look bad but it will increase your screen size and make it easier to slooowly inch forward without falling into the lava. Good luck!

Thanks Rose & Semi-Native, as usual you already gave all the right answers during my absence !!

There's only one thing I might add to you, member with the unpronounceable name of dlcattftwin  Wink  Grin :

I remember we had similar discussions already shortly after JUMP! was released, so if you look through the old JUMP! - threads I'm sure you'll find at least one such question where I gave a detailed answer on how these situations can be mastered.

Here I only say this much:
That mansion isn't called JUMP! for nothing.....    Wink    Smiley

Once you've found out what the "twist" is, it becomes easier, I promise !
