Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

MM2- just lovin' it!

Nice job Vern! It was so worth the wait, I'm really happy with all the changes and new things it feels like a whole new game but still has the essence of our beloved Jack MM1 Wink
I love the most the special rooms when -If you kill all the monsters - something special happens and platforms that go everywhere. I can just see how I'm going to use a lot of  this is my first custom manison, hehehe.

Thank you fot MM2 - really really happy. I didn't find 100% secrets in any of the mansions ( got close in some, though ) so lots of playing is still ahead of Jack.
Also- I see that we designers will have to work a lot on new custom mansions since there's sooo many new tricks and enemies  Cool

Have a great day! V.

Yes! Just bought the game yesterday  and am not doing very well in the secrets department so....lots of playing ahead for me also.

Question (don't know where to post this)...I have played most of the mansions but only one is circled on the map page. What constitutes a circled mansion in any particular "mode"? I finished most of the mansions in "Normal" for example but only one is circled.

Great game....am loving it!

Windrider, have you started by using "Start Game" in the menu?  Also, have you used any cheat codes? Because using cheats won't count it as being finished. And you've gone through the exit doors?

Strange!

Also Windrider keep in mind that when you beat a mansion on easy, normal or hard they are all in separated from each other. For example, if you beat an easy mansion it will be circled on the easy mode selection map screen only, and won't be circled on the normal mode, etc.

I feel like those with upgraded systems are being left in the dark. I just bought it a few days ago but didn't realize my system was too upgraded to play. I don't want to risk toying with the files so I can play. Is there any news on a release date?
