Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Just finished with 100% secrets!!!!  wow, I don't often do that in your mansions, aquaMat. Didn't get all the money, though, only $19050.

This was just challenging enough, a lot of fun. Thanks.

Me and my Jack have just started "Acid Rock", but I have to say we were OVERJOYED to finally find a home built by an obviously Genteel person.  You can't imagine how supremely thrilled Jack was to finally be able to brush his teeth !!!!

aquaMat, you have outdone yourself on the detail of Jack's home.  All the necessities, and extras !!!  Very, very nice !!!  Love your creativeness.

PS:  You know this house was built by a man, as their is no kitchen in it!!!  Jack must be zapping microwave dinners in the basement.   Grin

thanks,

Dear Ollie,

I had planned to keep that imformation 'under the rug' (=remain silent about it), but apparently I have to mention it now:

For a few hours there was a first version of Acid Rock available where I had acidentially given the wrong secrets count. We had replaced that version very quickly with the correct one - but apparently a few people had already downloaded it.

So you (and everybody else who has downloaded AcidRock in the first 10 hours since it was uploaded) should please re-dwonload it one more time and replace the version in your custom mansions folder.
But please beware that the corrected version still has the same version number - you'll be able to tell them apart by their date, though.

Sorry about that.

Thanks for the nice words, SandyBean !!

Concerning the kitchen - this is actually the first time I realize this... (although I have to admit I never thought about whether the house is "complete" or not while building it.... I just added one room after the other !).
But now that you mention it - I'm sure it would have been fun to add a kitchen - and also it would have been a challenge and it would have offered a wide range of possibilities, designwise and in terms of gameplay !

Fun Mansion indeed. Seems like people either do find lots of secrets or lots of gold. I only got 94% secrets but 19550 gold.
