Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Anybody left to beta test a new Mansion?
02.07.2011 at 10:31:27

May not be the best timing, what with the beta testing going on for MMI HD version, but I have a new MM2 mansion that is ready if anyone might be willing to beta test it?

It's called "A Yellow Submarine", and it's XL, with a very sweet and helpful little fellow that actually likes Jack !  (Yes, Jack has Friends !)

Please let me know if anyone has time, and also how to go about zip and emailing it !

Thanks,

SandyBean  Smiley

PS:  A little pic to entice...

If no one else steps up, I'll give it a go, even though I am beta testing MM1HD.

PM me if you need me and I'll give you my email.

To send the file, first remove the Preview pics to make the file smaller (under the Special menu in the level editor). Then right click on the mansion file and choose Archive. That will give you a zip file.

I'll try Yellow Submarine for you if it isn't too difficult. I don't do Hard!

PM me for my email.

Hi Guys !

Thanks for the instructions Semi-Native, and the offer to help beta test if needed.

Mapman, I would guess the mansion would be considered moderately difficult with some hard places.  Would you be up for that?

Thanks !

Yes, I'm willing to try it. I'll cheat and give myself lots of lives at the start! Wink

Thanks Mapman !  That would be great  Smiley
And you might even surprise yourself and not need to load up on lives, after all, Jack does have a friend helping him at times !

Semi-Native; if we don't hear from anyone else soon, can I take you up on your offer?

Thanks,

SandyBean Smiley

Hi Sandy Bean -

I've been away from MM for a while but am willing to give your mansion a test drive if you're still looking for testers.

We're in Alaska for the summer and I have a lot of daylight!

Hi SandyBean, how are the horsies?  Smiley  I should have some free time over the next couple weeks if you need another tester. PM me if so.

(BTW were you also asking how to zip a file? Or just who to zip and send it to?)

Thanks Sherry and Josephine !!!  Wonderful news, it's great to have you two along with Mapman for beta testers (and thanks again Semi-native for offering if needed).

Sherry and Josephine, I shall send you PM's so we can exchange email addy's !

The horses are doing great, we have been very busy with an SPCA seizure, and there have been a lot of adoptions recently, so good news.  If anyone is interested in checking out our Horse Rescue, here's the web site;

Thanks,
