Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Nightmare Mansion - Help me with 17301!
10.09.2011 at 00:00:14

Hi! I just downloaded MM HD ep1 from the appstore, and I'm sure this is a stupid question - but how on earth do you get to the key in 17301 once you've gone down in the (brownish) cellar? I'm so stuck!

Please help!

Easy version? There are 2 keys in 17301, which one do you mean?

Oh, and there are no stupid questions here.

Tell you the truth? I've been trying out so many mansions today - and every time I replay one I never get the same problem. I have no idea how to even get back to the problem again. Some how I managed to solve the mansion though. Why do I have the feeling I'm gonna be stuck to this game for a while ...

Hi Gitsys - You can tell which mansion version you finished by selecting "High Scores" from your 'home' screen (where you can start or open a game). The high scores will allow you (via the arrows on either side of "Done") to move from mansion to mansion. When you get to Nightmare Mansion, if I recall correctly (away from my Intel iMac now) the hard level high scores are listed at the top, then the normal high scores, and the easy level high scores at the bottom of that screen. The one that has your name is the level you have completed (unless you've since then gone back and finished it again).

FYI, at the end of my ID, I put the date, so I can recall when I completed that level (or beat a previous high score).

And yeah, you will be spending a goodly amount of time with MM (but I expect you will enjoy it every bit as much as we other MM-addicts do!). Wink
