Actionsoft's latest game, Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills,  includes 28 mansions. The 8 Built-in mansions have 3 difficulties along with 4 extra custom mansions. We don't have that many other custom MM2 mansions yet. Design your own custom mansion! Info below.  You can find out more about the game here.

The original Midnight Mansion game contains over 150 mansions. The 8 included mansions which have 3 difficulty levels each, and about 115 approved custom mansions which you can download here and also several freely uploaded mansions. To know the difference between these three types of mansions, click here.

Are you a creative person and thinking of designing a mansion yourself? Or want to know about how to upload it? Click here and we'll show you! You'll find guidelines for betatesters here.

News:
Midnight Mansion 2: The Haunted Hills version 1.0.2b has been released. This fixes a bug in Jasperlone Mountains Hard. Simply re-download the game, bring over your custom mansions folder from the old version and play on. All your saves and high scores will not be changed.

Midnight Mansion HD (MM1) is now available at the Mac App Store and at the Actionsoft website. A Windows version is now available.

Here is a list of downloadable MM1 HD ready custom mansions, which also work in the Windows version of the game.

The MM2 custom mansion Hanging Gardens of Babylon by Freddy/SandyBean/Josephine/brell was updated on 19. Nov 2023 to add a fourth section. Available here

Yeah, rose.... as I'm working on a snowy part in TMF 2 at the moment myself (with Joe's help), I have come across that issue too: while buiding, everytime I saw Jack walk thru the snowy landscapes with his usual outfit I was thinking "Wait a minute....this isn't appropriate...that guy will get himself a cold!!".... so I thought aboiut designing him an Alaska-type outfit (maybe Psychotronic would be the perfect contact for that  Cheesy), but as TheMansionFamily 1 was WITHOUT custom sprites, I tend to think it'd be better to make TMF-2 custom-sprites-free as well (to save people the file-switching hassle).

But maybe Joe has something prepared for his snow landscapes.... they are far more alpine than mine anyway !!
And you asked him anyway...   Cheesy Grin Wink

(It's the Ghosthunter thread after all..... sorry for getting slightly off-topic for a second  Wink )

@aquaMat,
Not off topic. We're talking snow here and since AFAIK you and I are the only ones doing snow (hopefully that will change) it right ON topic.

@Rose,

I have corduroys and a plaid shirt with a ski cap that I'm finishing up!!!!

@sam skelton,
Haven't gotten to the GK castle yet and believe me, there'll be PLENTY up there. Plus I'm waiting for the expansion  pack because I believe it has a troll, a ghost and a couple of other things.

Enjoy all and just remember, help is just a "Hey Joe" away!!!!

Cool Cool Cool Cool Cool

Wow, love that lava flow! But I like the garden better. Keep it up, and make it come out soon! Tongue

BTW: Did you unblock me yet? It's been awhile.  Undecided

@wingy,
Just follow the rules and we'll be OK.
I used the lava bricks to create the lava background so they look really good together.
Same with the snow. Some of the garden stuff came from TOTOMB but I modified it a lot.

@sam skelton,
Hey I live in Arizona. In the same day I can be in 75 degree weather here where I live and drive an hour to 2 feet of natural snow. You want to talk snow in summer there's always Psychotronic.

Later dudes,

Joe B

Actually, our summers here are quite nice. Well, it's kind of slushy and muddy right now. But it'll be nice in a few weeks.

I still think the Ghosthunter snow is a little on the lumpy side, but there's no doubt the screen shots are looking very nice overall.
